Mode Choc is aware of potential service disruptions at Canada Post due to the ongoing labour dispute and is closely monitoring the situation.
In response, we are currently working to establish alternative carriers to continue providing web order services to the majority of our customers in Quebec and across Canada.
We expect additional delays in parcel delivery, but we're hoping to keep these under 5 business days.
Please note that these additional delays apply to any orders that were not shipped as of November 14, 2024.
Additionally, we cannot intervene with orders already in transit via Canada Post.
